Yardi Maintenance Mobile enhances the capabilities of Yardi Maintenance by allowing maintenance technicians to access their assigned work orders while in the field. With this mobile app, technicians can efficiently add technician labor and inventory to work orders, record time and notes, and complete work orders in real-time. They also have the convenient option of creating new work orders, as needed.

In order to utilize Yardi Maintenance Mobile, clients must have Yardi Maintenance Plug-in 10.1 (for Voyager™ 60) or Yardi Maintenance Plug-in 3.0 (for Voyager™ 7S) or a more recent version installed.

• Assigned work orders are instantly visible on the maintenance technician’s device.
• Completed results automatically update the corresponding Yardi Voyager™ record.
• Yardi Maintenance Mobile is capable of functioning in areas devoid of cellular or wireless connection.
• Data synchronization occurs once the connection is reestablished.
